About the Home

Built by Envy Homes and designed by BSB Design, the three-story property is located in Laureate Park, a trendsetting community that features homes with a modern transitional architectural style in Lake Nona, Florida.

Featuring an upscale-coastal concept, the show home boasts 4,674 square feet of living space, with three bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms. Special features include a rooftop terrace, an exercise room and numerous indoor-outdoor living amenities, as well as a pool courtyard.

As the closet supplier and manufacturer for the New American Home 2022, unveiled during the 2022 International Builders’ Show (IBS), ClosetMaid equipped each of the three bedrooms with customized closet systems, including: Master Bedroom Walk-in Closet, featuring ClosetMaid’s MasterSuite Classic collection in a Natural Blonde finish; Second Bedroom Reach-in Closet, featuring ClosetMaid’s ShelfTrack EVO series in its new Frosted Birch finish; Third Bedroom Reach-in Closet, featuring ClosetMaid’s ShelfTrack EVO series in its new Golden Oak finish; and Package Room featuring MaxLoad wire shelving in Glossy Black finish.

As the official show home of the annual NAHB International Builders’ Show, The New American Home draws from its longtime history of showcasing industry best practices, innovative design concepts, state-of-the-art products and the latest construction techniques. Each year, the new home is unveiled to demonstrate the most noteworthy advancements in home building, allowing industry professionals to glean new ideas that they can replicate with other housing projects.
