ClosetMaid recently conducted a survey titled “Upgraded Closet Study in New Home Construction” to examine whether or not consumers value and/or demand upgraded closets when choosing to build a new home. The survey tested select upgrade features builders often offer to consumers to better understand whether upgraded closets are preferred and how much homebuyers are willing to pay for these enhancements.
