The NAHB New American Home Showcase
As a flagship exhibit for the entire housing industry, the New American Home 2022 raises the bar for high performance, modern amenities, and contemporary flair. ClosetMaid® equipped each of the three bedrooms with customized closet systems in the three-story Laureate Park home, built by Envy Homes and designed by BSB Design.

2021 International Builders’ Show New American Home
This home proudly showcases the latest products and technologies from the Leading Suppliers Council, part of the National Association of Home Builders. The New American Home 2021 was designed and built by Phil Kean Design Group. While modern, this home has a tree house feel with the main living areas on the third floor looking down over the treetops.
