ClosetMaid® has responded to high demand for its ExpressShelf pre-finished shelf and rod system by launching additional hardware options that enable more configurations and applications. ClosetMaid® Conducts Survey on the Impact of Upgraded Closets on Rental Properties

ClosetMaid® recently conducted a survey titled “Upgraded Closet Rental Impact Survey Analysis” to examine whether or not upgraded closets drive rental interest and demand higher rental prices. The survey tested select apartment features to understand whether upgraded features are preferred, how different features interact, and how combinations of these features influence rental prices.

Company to celebrate 55 market-leading years in storage and organization with a celebrity booth visit and an anniversary party ClosetMaid® LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Griffon Corporation (NYSE:GFF), will celebrate its 55th anniversary at the 2020 NAHB International Builders Show in Las Vegas, January 21–23. Celebrity guest, Anthony Carrino, will make an appearance at the ClosetMaid® booth (C6737) on January 21 from 2–4 PM to launch the anniversary celebrations.
